We do not collect payment card numbers or any health information through this site.
Why we collect it
We use the information you provide for two purposes only: to reply to your enquiry, and to schedule and manage your plumbing appointment. If you opted in to SMS messages, we use your phone number to send you the type of messages you agreed to receive.

Information you submit through this site is stored in our customer-relationship system. Access to that system is limited to the people who work at Copperline Plumbing.

Once received, your data is held in our password-protected customer-relationship system. Access is limited to the people who work at Copperline Plumbing.
